My name is Michael Hendrick. I work as a teacher at Bennetto Elementary in Hamilton, Ontario. I have worked as a teacher for three years teaching JK to grade 8. I have several years of experience as a camp instructor in Canada and the Swiss Alps.  I love exploring forests, organic gardening, and playing guitar.

In March of 2023, I was walking through Bayfront Park when an idea jumped from my heart: I was to set up an organization or program that focuses on supporting and healing youth through self-connection. From that moment, Green Bridge was born. Harmony can be hard to find in a standard public school classroom, and like a seed, a child requires a harmonious environment to grow in. Through Green Bridge's three pillars, I know that I can provide opportunities for all children with diverse needs to develop self-connection.
